Sandwiches have always been my go to for lunch. They are easy to make and quick to make so when I am short on time sandwiches. I like having bacon and eggs and toast for breakfast and dipping my toast in a sunny sided up egg.
Going low carb the thing I missed most was making a sandwich and dipping toast in my eggs. There are many different 90 second bread recipes all over the internet and none of them gave me exactly what I was looking for taste wise and texture wise, so I came up with my own 90 Second Microwavable Low Carb Keto Bread.

Tips for Making low carb microwave bread
Cook in a round bowl, mug or ramekin for a circle shaped bread. Use a 4×4 square container to make a square shaped piece of bread.
Each serving makes 2 pieces of bread. After cooking, allow to cool and then slice in half to make 2 pieces.
How to Toast 90 Second Keto Bread
You will want to slice the finished 90 second low carb bread so you have 2 slices. Take each slice and toast in a pan with butter until golden brown or you can toast the bread in a toaster.
How to use 90 Second Keto bread
There are so many things you can use 90 second keto bread for. When making a sandwich, make a keto grilled cheese, keto turkey club sandwich , change out the pork rinds in keto french onion soup, and even when making a keto big mac.

- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder

- 1 tablespoon salted Butter
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Sour cream
How to Make 90 Second Keto Bread
In your bowl or mug melt your butter in the microwave. It took about 25 seconds for me in my microwave, but it will depend on your microwave how long it takes.
Once your butter is melted mix in your cheese, baking powder, coconut flour, egg and sour cream.
Cook in the microwave for 1 and a half minutes.
Remove and let cool for 1 minute. Then slice in half and use as you wish!
