Most coleslaws you will find premade at the store are not keto friendly. They have a sweet dressing that is made with sugar. This low carb coleslaw recipe IS keto friendly. It is also super easy to make – almost as easy as grabbing the container at the store.

Yes! In fact I recommend tossing it all together and having it sit in the fridge for at least and hour. As the coleslaw mix sits in the sugarfree slaw dressing the flavor gets even better as they are absorbed by the cabbage.

Variations of this recipe
Make it sweet. If you want a sweet sugar free coleslaw dressing just add a small amount of powdered sweetener like monk fruit or swerve.
Cut more carbs. To make my life easier I just use a bag of coleslaw mix, yes it has carrots in it, but I am ok with the extra carbs and I love the additional color it adds. If you want to skip the carrots you can use only shredded cabbage.
