Easy Keto Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

This easy keto broccoli casserole is loaded with broccoli & cheese, super easy to make, and done in about 15 minutes from start to finish!

Ingredients

– Fresh broccoli – Water – Cream cheese – Cheddar cheese – Ranch dressing – Salt – Pepper

Place the broccoli in a medium microwave-safe bowl.  Add the water to the bowl and microwave for 3 minutes.  Allow the broccoli to cool and drain the excess water from the bowl.

In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheese, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the broccoli. Pour the broccoli into an 8×8 baking pan. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the broccoli.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is all melted. Drizzle additional ranch dressing on top if desired.
