Low Carb Caesar Salad with Chicken

Everything you want in a Caesar salad while being low carb and keto!  Crisp Romaine lettuce, juicy chicken, crispy parmesan chips, and a creamy homemade Keto Caesar salad dressing.

Ingredients

– Homemade Dressing     - Mayo     - Grated Parmesan     - Anchovies     - Fresh Garlic     - Lemon Juice     - Dijon Mustard – Chicken Breast – Romaine Lettuce – Parmesan Cheese – Parmesan Crisps

Place all dressing ingredients into blender and pulse until well blended.  Place in fridge until ready to serve.  Pat chicken dry.  Season.  Cook on both sides at medium heat until golden brown

Place lettuce, parmesan, and crisps into large bowl.  Pour dressing all over salad and toss until well coated.  Divide salad into four bowls and top each with sliced chicken.
