Making healthy candied pecans is super easy! Instead of using sugar you use a sugar alternative. I personally prefer to use Lakanto Monkfruit, however if you have a different preference you can use it as long as it is a granulated sweetener. You can also use swerve or any other granulated white sugar that you want. If you want a richer flavor you can use the brown swerve instead of the granulated white swerve.
