Low Carb at Taco Bell
No one is saying that you want to eat fast food all the time. That just isn’t healthy no matter what eating plan you are on, however, there is nothing wrong with indulging once in a while. Especially while you are traveling, you don’t always have the option to make a healthy home-cooked meal. At least with this list, you can stay on track even when you are eating out.
My Favorite Low Carb at Taco Bell Hack
Before I start telling you the different choices you have when eating Keto at Taco Bell, I have to tell you my favorite thing to order when I am at Taco. I will order from the sides menu and then create my own chicken salad bowl. This is cheaper and more filling than if I ordered the Power Salad. I order 2 sides of Chicken, 3 sides lettuce, and 1 side of shredded cheese. Then I use one of the tops from the containers and create my own amazing chicken salad.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are getting sour cream in any of the meals that you order, it is important to know that Taco Bell serves low fat sour cream.
Low Carb Breakfast at Taco Bell
Mini Skillet – If you want the mini skillet for breakfast make sure to ask for no potatoes. This will keep it low carb. Then you can add in bacon, steak or guacamole. It will add more carbs, calories and fat but it will also make it more filling.

Low Carb Taco Bell Power Bowls
When ordering the Power Bowls at Taco Bell, it is easy to keep these low carb bowls. While already low in carbs, you can make them even lower in carbs by simply eliminating the guacamole, sour cream and lettuce. Each one of these adds in an additional carb. As you are choosing what meat to add into your power bowl, the Fire Grilled Chicken comes in at the lowest while the seasoned beef comes in at the highest.
If you want to add more fat to this meal, you can ask for extra cheese and extra meat, but they do charge for the extras.
