Low carb Burger King
No one thinks that fast food is good for them, even if it is low carb or keto. However, there are times when it can not be avoided, like on road trips or busy afternoons when you are out all day. And there are other times when you just want it, and that’s ok too. So if you are in a situation where you are going to have Burger King, but want to stay on track, be sure to try these Burger King Low carb options.
The Easier Way to Eat Low Carb at Burger King
The easiest way to eat low carb and keto at Burger King is to order one of the burgers. You will want to order it without the bun and without ketchup, but otherwise, it is already a low carb choice. The lettuce, onions and tomatoes do add some carbs, however, since I like to have my veggies, I prefer to keep them.
When you are ordering Keto at Burger King, the easiest way to stay away from carbs is to not order anything fried. The breading on the fried foods makes it not low carb and certainly not keto.

As someone who does not eat beef, I’ve looked into the Impossible Whopper from Burger King and found that the patty itself has 240 calories, 6g net carbs, and 14g fat. Perfectly acceptable for my needs, and I can add toppings as I like and according to what will fit into my plan. It’s a satisfying alternative when I’m just not feeling the chicken selections.
