Pickle Tuna Sandwiches
I am going to let you in on a little secret of mine. I LOVE pickles and have loved them for as long as I can remember. When I switched to eating low carb and realized that pickles were still 100% ok for me to enjoy I was ecstatic.
Give me a jar of dill pickles and I am a happy lady. However as much as I love them I can not live on only pickles and so I have been looking for ways to enjoy them with other things.
Bring on using pickles instead of bread. Yes I could use a sandwich chaffle, because I do love them a lot but I love pickles even more! The pickles add the perfect texture and flavors to my tuna fish that I love tuna with pickles much more then a tuna chaffle sandwich.
