In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until the zucchini is well coated.
Pour the zucchini into the basket of the air fryer in an even layer.
Turn the air fryer on to 400°F for 16 minutes. Give them a quick stir or shake every 4-5 minutes and cook until your desired crispiness. I like them at the 16 minute mark.
