I have been on the hunt for a while now to find the perfect keto chip for dipping. I am not a huge fan of pork rinds, and while I love my keto cheese chips and my keto jalapeno cheese chips I wanted something more. These baked avocado chips are amazing and perfect and I love them. So do my kids, to be honest I have to make a double and sometimes a triple batch because the kids grab them all before I can even get some.
These keto avocado chips have just 4 ingredients and take about 5 minutes to prep and then they bake in the oven!
Tips for Making this recipe
When pressing the chip mix on the baking sheet, use cooking spray on the back of a spoon or your fingers so the mix doesn’t stick.
Use an avocado cutter for easy cutting of the avocado.
Make sure the avocado is ripe.
How to Store Avocado Chips
These chips are best served right away, if you store them they do lose some of their crispiness.
If you are storing the chips they will keep for 24 hours in an airtight container.
What to Serve with Avocado Chips
I like serving these avocado chips with sour cream, Homemade Guacamole, white queso, garden fresh salsa, or restaurant salsa. But there are also lots of other low carb dips that you can use to dip these low carb chips.

Avocado Chips Ingredients
- avocado
- cheddar cheese
- parmesan cheese
- everything bagel seasoning
How to Make Avocado Chips
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Shred the cheddar cheese and the parmesan cheese into a bowl.
Mash the avocado using a fork into the two cheeses until smooth.
Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time onto a parchment-lined baking sheet pan.
Sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dip.
