Here is one of my favorite breakfast recipes that has been awesome for my fitness and weight loss goals. If you are a smoothie fan, check this one out.
BB Protein Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 cup – Blackberries
- 1 – banana
- 1 – 8 ounce vanilla yogurt – frozen
- 1 – cup skim milk
- 1 scoop – Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein, Vanilla Ice Cream (my all time favorite protein..yummy)
I love this smoothie because it is so filling and keeps my hunger satisfied all morning!
*Side Note – I often shop for yogurt in the clearance section at my local store and I put them in the freezer, this makes delicious and budget friendly smoothies in my opinion, but you can also use refrigerated yogurt with ice added in.
