Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon Ingredients
- fresh Brussel sprouts
- bacon
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- Salt
- pepper
How to Make Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon
When I make this easy recipe I cook the bacon first in my pan. All that yummy bacon juices that come off the bacon when you pan fry bacon is perfect for cooking brussel sprouts on the stove with. You can use a non stick pan or a skillet when you are making this easy side dish recipe.
Prep the brussel sprouts but washing them, cutting off the ends and then cutting them in half. Then set them aside.
Cut the bacon into bite sized pieces and cook on the stove in a skillet over medium high heat.
Once bacon is fully cooked, remove from the skillet or pan, and place on a paper towel lined place. Leave the bacon grease in the skillet.
Add in brussel sprouts, garlic powder and onion powder in to the skillet, and mix well. Keep on medium high heat and cook till bright green and soft.
Once the Brussel sprouts start turning bright green add the bacon back into the pan until the Brussel sprouts are finished cooking.
Add salt and pepper to taste when done cooking.

- 6 pieces bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
