Tips for Making this recipe
Riced Cauliflower. I personally use bagged cauliflower rice when I am making this recipe because it is easier and quicker. If you want to use fresh cauliflower you totally can, just use your food processor to chop the uncooked cauliflower into tiny pieces.
Add Meat. If you want to make it even more filling you can add meat or seafood. Chicken, beef, shrimp or pork are great add ins. Just cut the meat up into small pieces, cook the meat or seafood in a skillet with some olive oil and then add it in at the end of cooking the fried cauliflower rice.
