To be totally honest with you, eating pork rinds is not something I have ever enjoyed. There are lots of weird foods that some people might think I am crazy for loving, but pork rinds is not one of them. I know many people love them even those who are not sticking to a low carb diet but I personally could not bring myself to eat them, until now. Keto Nachos Ingredients
Pork Rinds. Not all pork rinds are created equal, some of them are for sure not as tasty as the others. I highly recommend using 4505 pork rinds when you are making these Easy keto nachos with pork rinds.
Ground Beef.
Taco Seasoning. I use homemade taco seasoning because it doesn’t have any of the filler stuff in it that store bought does. It is super easy to make your own homemade taco seasoning.
Tomatoes. I like using cherry tomatoes. I like how they look on top of the nachos, but you can also use roma or beef steak tomatoes and dice them.
Avocado.
Jalapeno Peppers. I only add 1 jalapeno pepper to my low carb nachos, but you can add more or less to fit your preferred taste of spiciness.
Cheese. Cheese. I used cheddar cheese for these low carb nachos, but you can also use pepper jack, white cheddar or Monterey Jack. The important part with the cheese is that it is a good melting cheese.
Cilantro.
Dipping Topping. I like to dip my nachos in Homemade Guacamole or sour cream. You can also dip them in salsa if you want to. I don’t actually dip my nachos, I plop the stuff on top of them.
