- 1 head green cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How to make Garlic Roasted Cabbage Steaks
Preheat oven to 400.
In a bowl mix the onion powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Slice the cabbage into 1″ thick slices.
Coat both sides of the steaks with the olive oil and seasoning mixture.
Roast for 30 minutes.
Carefully flip the cabbage steaks and roast for an additional 30 minutes until the edges are brown and crispy.
