How Long do you cook Tuna Steaks on the Grill?
Tuna steaks cook quickly on a grill. You only need to cook them for 1-2 minutes at medium heat on the grill depending on the thickness. When you are cooking tuna you want to have it so it is just warm in the middle but still rare on the inside.
While it might sound scary to be eating rare tuna it is perfectly safe and if you over cook the tuna it will become dry quickly. If you are nervous about keeping it rare then you will want to add a dipping sauce like Tatar sauce to add moisture to it.
