Keto Breakfast Charcuterie Board
I keep seeing all these amazing snacking, breakfast, lunch and dinner Charcuterie boards and I knew I had to make one that was perfect for a low carb and keto breakfast. Not only does a Charcuterie board look amazing but they are filled with tasty foods and they are super easy to make.
I thought it would be fun to make one for breakfast and the kids all loved it! I loaded it up with our favorite keto breakfast items and the kids ate breakfast better than they have in weeks!
What is a Charcuterie Board?
Originally Charcuterie Boards were the meat version of a cheese board. Since they have become so popular they are now being made in many different variations including our creation of this tasty Keto Breakfast Charcuterie Board.
Normally on a Charcuterie Board you will find meat and cheese, along with fruit, crackers and bread that are all arranged to look beautitful on a wooden board. This keto pancake board we have changed things up and used pancakes as the focus, then low carb fruits, and breakfast meats to make a beautiful low carb breakfast Charcuterie Board that is super easy to make.
Some people call Charcuterie Boards snack platters or in this case a breakfast pancake platter.
How to Customize a Breakfast Charcuterie Board
I started with the basics for this low carb Charcuterie breakfast board but there are lots of other things that you can add to the board if you want to. I wanted to focus on the keto pancakes that I love but you could also include keto biscuits, egg muffins, low carb donuts, breakfast chaffles including Chocolate Chip Chaffles, blueberry chaffles, pumpkin spice chaffles, or pumpkin chocolate chip chaffles.
Keto Breakfast Charcuterie Board Ingredients
- keto pancakes, be sure to make them a smaller size
- bacon
- sausage links
- avocado
- blueberries
- raspberries
- strawberries
- hard-boiled eggs
- everything bagel seasoning
- sugar-free maple syrup
How to make Keto Breakfast Charcuterie Board
Hardboil the eggs. Put the raw eggs in a pot and fill with water. Put the pot on the stove over high heat and bring to a rolling boil. Turn the heat off and cover the pot with a lid. Keep the eggs in the pot for 10 minutes. Then remove the eggs from the water and place in a strainer and run cold water over them. Set aside until ready to use.
Wash the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
Cook the bacon and sausage and set aside on a plate covered in foil. Cook the pancakes.
Arrange the pancakes in a swirling line down the center of your platter.
Think about the layout you would like to place everything in and start by laying out your berries next to the pancakes, then start spreading some out to the sides.
Pour the sugar-free maple syrup into a small pitcher and place it on the board.
Slice open the avocado and slice one half of the avocado leaving it in the skin. Add the avocado to the board and sprinkle with a little bit of everything bagel seasoning.
Slice your eggs in half and place them onto the board, sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning.
Add in the bacon and sausage, then fill in any blank spaces with berries.

Keto Breakfast Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- 1 batch keto pancakes be sure to make them a smaller size
- 1 pound bacon cooked
- 1 pound sausage links cooked
- 1 avocado
- 2 pints blueberries
- 2 pint raspberries
- 1 pint strawberries
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1 cup sugar-free maple syrup
