Cookie Pizza has always been one of our summer go to recipes for dessert. I have been missing it like crazy so it was time to come up with a low carb fruit cookie pizza and boy is it delish!
I am calling this a cookie pizza, because well I don’t know what else to call it however it doesn’t technically have a cookie crust. Instead of using sugar cookie we used an amazing low carb walnut crust that is perfect!

What is a cookie pizza?
If you have never had cookie pizza before you are in for a treat. It is a giant cookie, topped with a cream cheese frosting piled with fruit and berries. It is the perfect low carb summer dessert!
Variations of this recipe
I used raspberries, blueberries and strawberries however you can top this fruit pizza with any low carb fruit that you want to. I went with berries because they are the lowest carb fruits.

Keto Fruit Cookie Pizza Ingredients
- walnuts
- butter
- cream cheese
- heavy cream
- vanilla extract
- powdered swerve
- strawberries
- blueberries
- raspberries
How to Make Keto Fruit Cookie Pizza
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Place the walnuts and butter in your food processor or blender. Pulse for 2 minutes until the nuts are in tiny pieces and blended in with the butter.
Place the mixture into a pizza pan and press it around the whole pan until it spread evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Allow the crust to cool while you put together the frosting.
In the bowl with a paddle attachment beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.
Pour the heavy cream and stevia into the bowl of your mixer. With the whisk attachment mix the cream mixture on high until soft peaks are formed.
Reduce the speed to low and stir in the vanilla just until its combined.
Evenly spread the frosting onto the crust leaving a small edge for the crust.
Arrange the fruit over the top of the pizza.

- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered swerve
- 6 strawberries sliced
- 1/4 cup blue berries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
