Add Veggies. If you are wanting to add Veggies to your chicken Kabobs you can. Allow the chicken to marinate and then place the chicken and the veggies on kabob sticks. Green Bell peppers, onions, zucchini are all great veggies to put on the kabobs with the chicken.
Change up the chicken. I like using chicken breasts but you can also use chicken thighs. If you are using thighs they will be juicier then if you are cooking chicken breasts.
Can I make this ahead of time?
Yes you can marinate the chicken for up to 2 days before cooking, but it needs at least 1 hour to marinate before puttinig them on the grill.
You can make the marinade, add the chicken and freeze it to meal prep and then remove from the freezer, thaw and then grill them. If you are wanting to freeze the marinated chicken I suggest using a zip close freezer bag. Iit will keep in the freezer for up-to 6 months.
