If you do not have a grill you can use a grill pan on the stove over medium-high heat. You also can use the oven on broil and broil for 2-3 minutes per side.

- shrimp
- lemon
- olive oil
- garlic
- Italian seasoning
- salt
- pepper
How to Make Lemon Garlic Shrimp Skewers
Devain shrimp and wash and set aside. Zest the lemon and Juice the lemon into a small bowl.
In a large Ziploc bag add the shrimp. Then add the marinade ingredients, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Seal the bag. Shake to combine everything and then place the bag in the fridge for at least one hour.
Soak the wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning when they are placed on the grill.
Add shrimp to skewers. Heat grill to medium high heat.
Cook on grill for 2-3 minutes on each side till pink.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds shrimp
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
