I know the warm weather is coming and most people think of chili as a cold wether food but in our house we enjoy it all year long. It is quick to prep this keto chili and then let it simmer on the stove for a few hours and you have an amazing no bean chili ready for dinner time.

Variations of this recipe
Change up the spice. If you don’t want there to be any kick to the chili you can use canned diced tomatoes instead of diced tomatoes with chili. You can also cut down on the chili powder.
Add more veggies. I know some people like to add more veggies to their chili, feel free to add more onion and bell peppers.
Change the meat. You can use ground turkey or ground chicken when making this low carb chili.

- Ground beef
- Minced garlic
- Green bell pepper
- White onion
- Water
- Sugar Free tomato sauce
- Canned diced tomatoes
- Ground cumin
- Chili powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Goya all-purpose seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
How to Make Low Carb Chili Recipe
In a large Dutch oven or pot cook the beef, garlic, onions, and peppers over medium heat until all the beef has browned and the vegetables are softened. Drain the cooked beef and vegetables onto a plate lined with paper towels.
Return the meat and vegetable mixture back into the pan and add in your water, tomato products, peppers, and seasonings to the pot.
Bring the chili up to a boil then cover and reduce to low, allow the chili to simmer for 2 to 4 hours.

Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 cup water
- 24 ounces sugar free tomato sauce
- 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/3 cup chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons goya all-purpose seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
