Make it Iced!
If you love iced lattes you can easily make this an Iced Pumpkin spice latte. After mixing all the ingredients together, fill a large tumbler with ice and pour the latte over the ice. Then top with whipped cream and extra caramel if desired.
Best Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
When making anything with caramel syrup my go to is Torani Caramel Syrup. However you can also use Pyure Caramel Syrup or Jordan’s Skinny Caramel Syrup.

- espresso
- pumpkin pie spice
- canned pumpkin
- sugar free caramel syrup
- vanilla extract
- salt
- almond milk
- whipped cream (optional)
- sugar free caramel sauce (optional)
How to Make Low Carb Salted Caramel Pumpkin Spice Latte
Brew a serving of espresso or coffee.
While espresso is brewing, add the milk to a to a bowl and heat in the microwave for 45 seconds.
Pour the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and almond milk into the blender. Next add the vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon sugar free caramel sauce, and salt and blend until frothy.
Pour the coffee/espresso into a coffee mug.
Pour the milk and pumpkin mixture into the mug and stir to mix well.
Top with whipped cream and drizzle 1/2 tablespoon caramel sauce on top and sprinkle extra salt on top of desired.
