No Bread Turkey Club Sandwich
Easy lunches that require no cooking at all is something I have been working on. Many times I enjoy left overs from dinner the night before, but sometimes I am just not in the mood for them.
I have been working on coming up with no cook low carb lunch ideas to changes things up from the normal lunch routine. When I get bored of the same thing over and over it starts to make things hard for me to stick to low carb, so I try to change things up as often as I can.

I had roasted a turkey breast a few weeks ago and make a turkey bacon sandwich with it and it was amazing. I knew you all would love it to so I made another roasted turkey breast so I could take photos and share this tasty easy no cooking needed lunch with you guys.
After Thanksgiving I always end up with tons of left over turkey, so I am already planning on using the leftover turkey we have to make more of these amazing low carb turkey club sandwiches.
This turkey club can be made with lunch meat turkey or left over turkey which ever you have on hand. If you want to change things up and use a different lunch meat instead of turkey you can do that too.
Is Deli Meat Keto?
Most deli meat is keto friendly, just make sure you are choosing one that does not have any added sugar. If you are using roasted turkey that is left over from making a holiday dinner you do not have to worry about added sugar.
What type of lettuce is best for making sandwiches?
When you are replacing bread with lettuce you want to make sure you are using a good lettuce that will hold everything inside of it. You want to be using a leaf type lettuce so that you can make it able to replace the bread you would normally use.
Romain Lettuce. Some crunch but if you are wanting to roll things up this type of lettuce is great for rolling.
Iceburg lettuce. Great for replacing bread but not if you want to roll it up. Has a crunch and easy to hold.
Butter Lettuce. No real crunch but holds together well when using it in place of bread.
Ingredients
- Lettuce
- Thick sliced turkey
- Cooked bacon
- Cheese
- tomatoes
- mayo
Directions
Cut the lettuce into bread size slices.
Place two sliced of the lettuce onto the plate spread 1/2 of the mayo onto the lettuce.
Layer half the turkey, bacon, cheese, and tomatoes on top of the mayo.
Add two slices of lettuce to the top. Spread the mayo on the lettuce, then top it with the turkey, bacon, cheese, and tomatoes. Top with the last of the lettuce.
Place a toothpick into each of the four corners, cut the sandwich into four triangles.
Keto Turkey Club Sandwich
Ingredients
- 6 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 10 oz thick sliced turkey
- 4 slices bacon cooked crispy
- 2 slices cheese
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons mayo
Instructions
- Cut the lettuce into bread size slices.
