Tips for Making this recipe
Double and triple as needed! What is great about this recipe is you can double and triple as you need to so easily!
Use a Glass Jar. You can use any containers you want to, however I much prefer using mason jars. I also think mason jars look super fancy sitting on the appetizer table!
Use a quality Olive Oil. You do not want to skimp here. A quality Olive oil is a must.
Use quality fresh mozzarella balls. You want to use the fresh mozzarella balls that you find in the deli section of the grocery store. You do not want to use string cheese or mozzarella block cheese, it will not marinate and absorb the flavors like you want it to.
Don’t skimp on refrigerator time. These mozzarella balls can be done in as little as an hour in the fridge, however the longer you let them marinate the better the flavor is. I personally like to let them marinate over night.
