Sheet Pan Steak and Zucchini Noodles
Steak is one of my favorite foods, even long before I ditched the carbs. Normally I make my steak on the grill but when the weather is cold I have no desire to bundle up to cook outside.
Now I don’t have to, and neither do you! With this sheet pan oven baked steak recipe you can have all the amazing juicy flavors of steak that you love cooked right in the oven.
To make it even better, you don’t have to cooke extra things on the side because you cook the veggies on the sheet pan with the steak! It is fantastic!
For this sheet pan steak recipe I used Zucchini Noodles as my veggie, but feel free to change things up a bit if you want to. Some other veggies you can change out the zucchini noodles for to keep this easy dinner recipe low carb are asparagus, broccoli, green beans and brussel sprouts. You will cook them the same way, just toss them in some olive oil before putting them on the baking sheet.

How to make Sheet Pan Steak with Zucchini Noodles
Preheat your oven to 400°.
In a large ziplock bag add the soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, sriracha, salt, pepper and steak together. Seal the bag and allow the meat to marinated for 30 minutes.
Cut the ends off of your zucchinis. Using your spiralizer her turn your zucchini and create your noodles with both zucchinis.
When you are spiraling the zucchini I recommend breaking them off every now and then. This way you don’t end up with really long noodles.
In a medium bowl combine the oil, butter, garlic, parsley and lemon juice together. Pour half the mixture into another bowl.
Place the zoodles onto a sheet pan, pour half of the sauce onto the zoodles. Arrange the zoodles in an even layer leaving a spot in the middle for the steak.
Place the steak in the middle of the zoodles.
Bake for 20 minutes then turn the oven to broil and allow it to brown for 5 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness.
