What to Serve with Garlic Ginger Chicken
Most of the time when I make this easy slow cooker chicken dinner recipe I serve it with a veggie as a side dish and then put the Garlic Ginger chicken on top of cauliflower rice. The kids like to mix it all together and have the chicken and cauliflower in every bite.

Low Carb Garlic Ginger Chicken Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 bag Riced Cauliflower Risotto Medley or Cauliflower Rice of your choice
How to Make Low Carb Garlic Ginger Chicken
In the bottom of your slow cooker mix together the sesame seed oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger together.
Add your chicken to your slow cooker.
Turn the slow cooker to low and cook for 6 hours, until the chicken shreds easily.
Serve it over the top of the riced cauliflower.
