I love making everything and anything I can make into holiday themed treats to make the holidays fun. Being low carb I don’t want to miss out on any of the fun, and so it was time to get things going with making creative holiday low carb recipes.
This snowman veggie tray takes all of 5 minutes too put together and then I serve it with one of my favorite low carb appetizer dips. Tada! A fun, easy low carb no bake appetizer that is perfect for a party or even a family dinner!

Snowman Veggie Tray Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup black olives, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot

How to Make Snowman Veggie Tray
Wash all of your veggies, cut or slice the ones that you need to.
Cut off any long stems on the cauliflower florets.
Arrange the cauliflower into the a large circle.
Add the olives to make a smile and two eyes. Line up two rows of nine olives just above the cauliflower.
Lay out a strips of the red pepper above the olives.
Arrange 4 rows of five olives above that line of peppers.
Add a handfull of the pepper strips to the bottom of the cauliflower.
Cut your carrot to fit the size of your snowman. you can leave it whole or slice it into circle slices and line them up, then and add it to the face.

Snowman Veggie Tray – Low Carb Veggie Tray
Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup black olives sliced in half
