Ingredients

– Walnuts – Butter – Cream Cheese – Heavy Cream – Vanilla Extract – Powdered Swerve – Strawberries – Blueberries – Raspberries

Place walnuts and butter in food processor and pulse until nuts are in tiny pieces and blended in with the butter. Press the mixture into pizza pan, and bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown.

Allow the crust to cool while you prepare the frosting.  Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the heavy cream and stevia. With whisk attachment mix the cream mixture on high until soft peaks form. Reduce speed to low and add vanilla.

Evenly spread the frosting onto the crust, leaving a small edge for the crust. Arrange the fruit over the top of the pizza.
