Ingredients

pepper jack cheese
8
oz
white cheddar cheese
8
oz
cream cheese
1/2
cup
sour cream
1
can diced tomato with green chiles
drained
1/4
cup
heavy cream
Instructions
Shred your pepper jack cheese and your white cheddar cheese and set aside.
Chop the cream cheese into chunks and set aside.
Turn the stove on to low heat and place a medium sized pot on top.
Add the cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and white cheddar to the pot.
Next add the sour cream, diced tomato with green chiles and heavy cream. Give everything a good stir.
Continue to heat the cheese mixture over low heat, stirring every so often until all of the cheese has melted.
Serve immediately.
